Thank you to everyone who called, text or sent super kind messages when I posted that my mom was going in for surgery on Friday. I’m proud to say she’s going to be okay and expected to go home this week. This beautiful woman is honestly the most amazing person in my life. Yes, I’m bias since I am her favorite son (only son) but she truly is the epitome of strength. She has always been the voice that told me I was handsome when everyone in school called me fat, picked me up when I fell back into addiction and the person that told me to lift my head when I lost it all. Through my successes and failures she has always been the strength that showed me I’m worth more, I deserve better and to never jeopardize my integrity in the pursuit of finding my path.

I love you momma

We officially hit 200+ sales on Depop so I figured I should probably take their advice and do one of those “meet the seller” things. Let’s face it, I’m a gentleman and would never allow you to go home with a stranger. Thank you to everyone that has purchased something from us or has simply sent us a nice message complimenting our curated selection. Spoiler alert, we’re going to be adding a lot of vintage punk T-shirts and designer pieces so be sure to follow our shop if you aren’t already!

It’s staggering to think how I started this whole thing from a small bedroom in Thousand Oaks, CA ten years ago. Completely self-taught in all creative aspects, I’ve seen this project develop and grow into something that’s way bigger than myself. From my first photos to my first DIY products to exhibits and collaborations and to expanding my team, this journey so far has progressed further than I could have ever imagined while not losing its integrity and the initial DIY spirit. Cheers to a decade together and I can’t wait for what’s next.

A very special collection will be releasing soon.

Due to our Tumblr getting hacked, we decided to create a Mood Board right here on our website. You can now see what inspires us, concepts we’re working on and what’s coming to fruition. Feel free to navigate through our mind and pluck what you wish from the creative tree.

This last decade has been an insane roller coaster of highs and lows but I have always had to endure the success and failures on my own. I have always been the founding and funding dynamic in the equation that keeps the wheels spinning when it comes to this creative venture that I accidentally stumbled upon. I never had an inclination to become a photographer, it came by accident but when I reflect on it, I can see it was a gift from the universe and exactly what I was meant to be doing at the time. It was fun and full of thrills and I accomplished more than I ever thought I could in this creative realm. As my presence became well-known and as my artistic curiosity grew, I started teaching myself more about design and marketing since I was already speaking through a visual dialogue.

Then towards the middle of 2017 I discovered via social media and word of mouth that I have somehow “fallen off”. The people who would send me countless emails and messages about how I’m their idol or biggest influence started changing their perspective on my work and the individual that I’ve become. It’s a really funny thing how people tend to not think you’re working or being ambitious when you don’t post on social media. Yet everyone on social media claims to always be super busy and have no time. Seems to me like they’re spending most of their time reflecting on other peoples lives rather than living their own. But, who am I to judge? I’m just some dude who randomly picked up a camera and photographed naked girls then went from being broke to making $12,000 a shoot. I guess you can say there has always been an entrepreneurial mentality at the core of the young, relentless free spirit that I once was. But as always, life and evolution happen and you come to a point where the only option is to mature and grow. I started trading in the wild naked party photos for fashion and clothes, I cleaned up my brand as a whole and started experimenting with where I want to go, rather than the stagnant position I felt stuck in.

So here we are. It’s the beginning of 2019 with less followers but more impact. A place where I strive to build and construct things from the standpoint of the man who is writing this right now. My whole past was about going against the grain when it wasn’t cool. This is before Instagram and before wild, drug-induced images were the norm. See, metaphorically speaking, I refuse to be that old dude at a high school party. Creatively, mentally and spiritually you need to grow and expand your perspective in order to stay ahead of the times rather than being stuck in them. I’m excited to announce that I’m bringing in a business partner and we’re going to bring all of our ambitious and creative ideas to fruition. This means that I will no longer be running and delegating this ship on my own and I can get back to taking photos as well as pursue my other business ventures that I’m passionate about. With this being said, we welcome you to strap in and join us on this new adventure. We’re excited and look forward to all of the amazing things we are about to achieve. Lastly, we’re still having our assistants go through all of the emails you guys have been sending us. If it happened to get missed, please resend it with the title “Together, we grow” so we know it’s a current message and not one that was already answered.

Never stop creating, never stop believing in yourself!

It’s a new year, a new us. Rather than doing the typical Hollywood Hills house party or a club shindig to end the year, we decided to lock ourselves into a suite at the Crescent Hotel in Beverly Hills for a few days. This was honestly a random decision but I knew I didn’t want to wake up in 2019 with a hangover like I have every other new year. I wanted to wake up feeling refreshed, inspired and next to one of my favorite humans and that’s exactly what I did. I wouldn’t be doing my due diligence if I didn’t speak on behalf of how accommodating the hotel staff was. Anything we needed, they immediately brought to us. We even requested to switch rooms on NYE just to see the decor and they happily obliged on one of the busiest days of the year. Talk about service. Each morning we were greeted with a complimenting high-brow breakfast in the lounge area and from 5pm-6pm all beers and wines were on the house (I definitely got my monies worth). The ambiance was honestly second to none. As soon as we walked through the doors a flood of creativity hit me. Massive iconic photographs of timeless moments captured in culture cascaded on the walls while the plush and aesthetically pleasing decor embraced your creative palette like a warm hug, all well whispering in your ear that you’ve arrived. Honestly it was like entering a dreamland. The location is one street down from Rodeo Drive which means if you’re anything like us, your bank account will be upset with you once you walk across the street and into Saint Laurent. All-in-all this was an amazing place to spend the last few days of 2018 and waking up surrounded by so many inspiring things (and the person you adore) was the absolute best way to kick off 2019. If you’re looking to travel to Beverly Hills or like us and want to have a little stay-cation I definitely recommend you look into booking a suite, you won’t regret it. Thank you again to the Crescent for everything and I’m sorry I didn’t take more photos but I was too busy enjoying my time. You can see a small clip I shot here.

Happy New Year everyone and I wish you nothing but success, happiness and a new viewpoint on life. Make this your decade!
