WORKING ON A NEW VIDEO

I’m really trying to figure out how to a structure a dedicated block of time where I can stop everything I’m doing and purely focus on creating content for Youtube and the Podcast. I honestly never realized how much time and effort goes into, coming up with a topic, setting up the shot, entering a good frame of mind to capture the energy and message that you’re trying to exude and then clean up and edit the content. With that being said, I finally have a new video going up today.
